To work with Clear Format command

Step 1

You have to highlight the words that you want to clear its format or select all to clear format for the whole documents.

Step 2

You will need to use the mouse to open the Edit menu and then open the Clear sub menu. Next, click on the Format command.

Step 3

Now, the format for the words had been cleared.
